Job Overview:
We are seeking Fine Dining Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests in a fine dining setting.
Duties
- Greet guests
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each course
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
- Provide recommendations on food and wine pairings
- Process payments accurately
Skills
- Experience in the food industry, ideally in fine dining
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions and using POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the willingness to go above and beyond to help guests
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math for order accuracy
- Ability to work on a Team
