We are looking to grow our team both FOH and BOH in our tasting menu tasting menu restaurant.
Fine dining experience is a strong plus but must be passionate and curious about food, wine, dining, and hospitality.
For FOH looking for someone to primarily work in the dining room and able to, with the guidance of our sommelier, provide wine service for each of our pairings and be able to discuss the wines and how they work with the dishes. Bonus points if you also are into bartending some as well.
For BOH we are looking for the right person to either be an AM prep cook but able to work one or two nights a week on the line as well. Also looking for someone to be full time PM line cook.
