About Us:
Holy Water is a new resort-style poolside restaurant opening in early June, located in
the Holy Angels Bywater Hotel. We are currently looking for PM line and prep
cooks.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations.
Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main
dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
Plating prepared foods based on the chef and sous chef’s guidance.
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request
and on time.
Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the
equipment at the end of shifts.
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety
standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant cooking experience.
Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organization and communications skills.
Exceptional time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
