Position: Line Cook, Fry Cook, and Servers
Location: 1000 Decatur Street ; Glass Building

Job Responsibilities:
Line Cook & Fry Cook:
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Market Cafe’s recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and food storage procedures.
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe cooking environment.
Servers:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, and communicate with kitchen staff regarding special requests or modifications.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to Market Cafe’s service standards.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Requirements:
For Line Cook & Fry Cook:
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
For Servers:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy service periods.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
