Line Cook for High Volume Neighborhood Pub

Looking for a hard working personable Line Cook for a high volume kitchen in the LGD. Kitchen gets tipped out directly and generally never goes below $5 an hour in tips. We cater parties upstairs where the BOH gets 20% of food sales added to their tip pool. We dont have designated prep cooks/dishwashers so the kitchen staff is responsible for prepping, taking orders, cooking and washing dishes (minimal).
