Lead barista needed

Lamara Coffee and Kitchen is looking for an experienced barista for our neighborhood cafe. The role is daytime 8am-4pm approximately. Must be able to multi task, sense of urgency, engage with customers, handle difficult situations, wash dishes and follow and make recipes. Job starting pay is based on actual experience determined during training week. Varies from $12-$14 to start plus tips which avg $6-$9 per hour. My established team makes min $22 per hour during slow season. Shift meal included and drink. No smoking allowed on a shift due to odor. Looking for someone to work 4 days.
