FOH Expediter

MaMou Restaurant is looking for a front of house expeditor. This is a pivotal role in the restaurant as it is the connection between front and back of house. Responsibilities include rewriting tickets accurately for chef, monitoring ticket times, ensuring that food reaches proper table & seat number either by coordinating runners or running food personally, as well as light house keeping. Restaurant experience preferred.
