We are looking for a cook, chef, or experienced home baker who can teach us how to make authentic beignets. We’re developing a concept and want to ensure we’re getting the real deal when it comes to taste, texture, and technique.
We're not from the region where beignets are traditionally made, so we're seeking someone who can help us learn or refine a solid, repeatable recipe — whether you're a trained pastry chef or someone who's just been making amazing beignets for years.

What We Need Help With:
Understanding the proper dough technique and texture
Frying tips for consistent results (oil type, temp, timing, etc.)
Proper sugar finishing or serving suggestions
Scaling the recipe up for small batches
Optional: helping us adjust for local ingredient availability
Who You Are (Ideally):
You’ve made beignets many times, and people love them
You’re comfortable teaching others, even if casually
You can explain your process clearly and answer questions
You’re available for 1–3 consulting/training sessions (depending on how things go)
