Chef Assistant

We are seeking an outgoing professional, personable, and outgoing Chef Assistant who would be an essential part of our team. Your role will include assisting our Executive Chefs with Classic and Contemporary Cajun and Creole Cuisine hands-on cooking classes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping our chefs during large classes, interacting with guests, helping with prep, clean-up, washing linens, essentially keeping the kitchens tidy. Additionally, we have three kitchens, three bathrooms, and a storage area that requires upkeep. Dress for comfort and appear presentable for our customers. Located in the French Quarter, we offer a unique and fun experience. Must be available evenings and weekends. Starting pay from $15/hour.
