Bourrée is a fast casual, locally owned restaurant located in New Orleans Carrollton/Riverbend neighborhood.,and looking for an energetic manager to lead a great group of employees as we continue to grow and expand.
Provide high level guest satisfaction & address any issues with a positive, upbeat attitude; set the standard for all employees to provide great guest experiences. ‘Respond to all guest reviews; strive to recapture guests lost due to a negative experience & show appreciation for those leaving great reviews.
-Demonstrate personal integrity & hold employees accountable to standards.
-Cultivate an inclusive environment & lead by example, while having fun.
-Awareness of any repairs or maintenance issues; contact appropriate vendor in a timely manner & ensure the work is complete.
-Monitor food quality to ensure standards are met.
- Proper staffing levels are met; hire as needed & proper training procedures are followed.
Ideal candidates have leadership ability, work well as a team, and can include hiring, training, coaching, forecasting, ability to lift 50+lbs, food prep, cooking, customer service, cleaning/dishes, daiquiri prep, and inventory based on daily needs. Most importantly we are looking for someone with a positive, enthusiastic attitude with attention to detail and interest in growing within the hospitality/restaurant industry.
We are open 7 days/week from 11am-9pm. As manager you are expected to work both AM & PM shifts, as well as be available to work weekends & holidays.
