The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that support our clients’ branding goals. This role requires excellent organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept through completionCollaborate with clients to determine event goals, themes, and logisticsSource and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliersOversee budgets and ensure events are executed within scopePrepare event timelines, floor plans, and staff schedulesHandle on-site event coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothlyEvaluate event success and prepare post-event reportsMaintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
