Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute high-impact events that reflect our clients’ values and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly from start to finish.Responsibilities:Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, and logisticsCommunicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event needs are metManage timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all pre-event and on-site activitiesDevelop detailed event plans and contingency strategiesMonitor event performance, manage feedback, and implement improvementsProvide on-site leadership during events, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfactionPrepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations
