Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist our leadership team in day-to-day tasks. You will be instrumental in managing schedules, communications, documentation, and internal coordination.ResponsibilitiesManage calendars, appointments, and meetings for leadership and staffPrepare and organize documents, reports, and presentationsHandle incoming and outgoing communications (email, phone, mail)Assist with office supply management and administrative inventoryMaintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reportingSupport planning of company meetings and internal eventsPerform general clerical duties and assist in project trackingMaintain professionalism and confidentiality with all interactions
