Accounting Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager in Monroe, Washington. This role is essential within our organization, where you will oversee a variety of accounting functions, maintain and review company insurance, and handle some aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with large contracts and assist with contract billing.Responsibilities: Oversee the month-end financial reporting processes. Maintain the general ledger and handle journal entries. Oversee and maintain company insurance. Conduct job costing and credit card processing activities. Handle certain aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable while maintaining oversight. Perform sales, use, and property tax reporting. Assist with contract billing when necessary. Conduct fixed assets reconciliations. Oversee revenue recognition processes. Utilize accounting software systems and enterprise resource planning effectively.
