Seeking experienced Paralegal/Legal Assistant for busy personal injury law firm. Duties include heavy plaintiff client contact, scheduling, preparing/drafting correspondence, pleadings and discovery, research, filing, answering phones and complete intakes. This position requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, set priorities with multiple projects and follow through on all, experience in trial preparation, summarize depositions and medical records. Individuals should especially demonstrate confidentiality, dependability, trustworthiness and discreet qualities. Individuals are also required to be able to communicate effectively with clients, as well as maintain a professional appearance and have reliable transportation. Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-4.
