Part-Time Maintenance Technician (20 hrs per week) needed to provide maintenance at Kathy Apartments in Crowley, LA.
Work schedule: Tuesday - Thursday. Off Mondays and Fridays.
Two years minimum experience performing general maintenance to include: plumbing, painting, basic electrical, finished carpentry, flooring, and appliance troubleshooting required. HVAC certification preferred.
$12.00 per hour
$50 monthly travel stipend.
Not eligible for health benefits due to part-time status.
Eligible for paid time off and paid holidays.
Uniform shirts provided.
Must provide own tools, possess valid D.L., and have reliable transportation.
Must be able to successfully pass a criminal history check.
