A local growing IT Services firm is looking to fill our Operations Manager position. Key attributes for success are a dedication to customer service in all of its forms: organizational skills, flexibility, great work ethic, and attention to detail. Possible work from home position.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and taking care of scheduling
- Dealing with clients, happy and not so happy
- Keeping track of our engineers and keeping them on schedule
- Ordering products and scheduling their installation
- Organizing and completing client records
- Creating Invoices and Reconciling Accounting Records
- Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
- General Admin/Executive Assistant Duties
Must have excellent communications skills, experience with Microsoft Office and Bookeeping/Accounting experience
This is a customer-facing position. We need someone who is outgoing and friendly on the phone and clockwork reliable every day - and timely. Someone who wants to learn and do new and different things.
