This is a full-time on-site role. As a Lead IT Specialist, you will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and providing excellent customer service. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing and maintaining computer networks, resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and providing technical support to clients.Duties and Responsibilities
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot servers and switches
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot advance networks, firewalls, and BCDR services
Troubleshoot network and system issues
Monitor and perform routine maintenance on network and server infrastructure
Provide remote and on-site support to clients as needed
Qualifications
8 years minimum experience
Advanced networking and troubleshooting abilities
Windows environment experience- Apple experience a plus
Windows Server support and management experience
Small Business Firewall support and management experience - SonicWall experience a plus
Backup and Failover support and management experience- Datto experience a plus
Microsoft 365 and Azure experience
VM Server support and management experience
SQL Server support and management experience
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA a plus
Experience with server administration and IT project management is a plus
