DescriptionPart Time General Office ClerkOfficeTeam has an excellent career opportunity for a highly motivated self-starter as a PART TIME General Office Clerk. Various administrative support tasks are integral to this position, which include operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. The title of General Office Clerk is a long-term, temporary role based in Kenner, Louisiana.What you get to do every day:
Manage telephone calls, including receiving and placing
Draft correspondences that conform to prescribed style and format
Provide front desk and receptionist support
Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Distribute leads
Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary

Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work
Complete tasks independently
Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately
Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work, and route incoming materials
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
