This is an entry level trainee position with most apprentices earning $40,000 or more in the first year with benefits. Apprentices with above average communication skills and focused on providing high level service to clients earn $50,000 plus benefits. Top performers earn $90,000 plus benefits.
To qualify for our team, you need:

Friendly personable, responds to customer concerns, and enjoys making our customers smile
Must be well groomed and have a neat appearance
Able to monitor and control quality at a high level
Attention to detail and a desire to see the job done right the first time
Valid social security card, driver's license and a clean driving record
Must agree to a background and drug check
Desire to perform beyond the mandatory job requirements
Willing to participate in ongoing training
Ability to follow proper safety techniques
You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects. You must be able to maneuver heavier objects with assistance from appropriate devices or additional manpower. You must be able to climb ladders and work in small hot crawl spaces.
Duties:
Perform residential and light commercial maintenance on HVAC and Generator systems
Maintain truck and keep inventory well stocked
Maintain other equipment and tools and ensure proper working order of company property
Assist higher level co-workers
Properly follow and execute company procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
