Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and replaces all types of plumbing fixtures, such as sinks, toilets,  urinals, flush valves, bathtubs, faucets, water heaters, hot water tanks, garbage disposals,  dishwashers and water softeners. 2. Clears all types and sizes of drains with cable machine and jetting machine/high pressure pump  truck. 3.Repairs all types of water and sewer lines both inside and outside buildings. 4. Inspects structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure  resulting from installation pipe. 5. Locates and marks position of pipe and pipe connections and passage holes for pipes in walls  and floors. 6.Cuts and threads pipe, using pipecutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine.7. Bends pipe to required angle by use of pipe-bending machine or by placing pipe over block and  bending it by hand. 8. Cuts openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings by using hand tools and  power tools. 9. Installs valves, pipe fittings and pipes composed of metals, such as iron, steel, brass and lead,  and nonmetals, such as glass, vitrified clay and plastic. 10.Joins pipes by use of screws, bolts,fittings, solder and plastic solvent and caulk joints. 11. Fills pipe system with water or air and reads pressure gauges to determine whether system is  leaking. 12. Studies building plans and working drawings to determine work aids required and sequence of  installations. 13.Frequent Travel Between Facilities 14.Performs Other Duties And Special Projects As Assigned.
