High-End Townhome property in need of a talented Maintenance Tech.
Maintenance Tech must be a self-starter and skilled in all aspects
of maintenance. Light carpentery, plumbing, painting & electrical is a MUST.
HVAC experience preferred but not a must.
Must work well with others and work side-by-side with Property Manager.
Apartment experience a plus, but not a must.
Must have reliable transportation, be willing to work Mon-Fri.
On call on the weekends.
This is an excellent long-term position with a well established property.
Great attitude is a MUST!
Compensation based on experience.
