Our work depends on Procurement Analyst joining our team to support all aspects of the supply chain procurement process to support our internal stakeholders and government customers. GDIT’s supply chain team is organized by commodity, meaning our teams strategically purchase the same types of products to grow their expertise. We have a software, cloud/Saas, End User Device/IT Hardware, Server/Storage, Non-IT Hardware, Corporate Services, and Consulting Services teams.HOW A PROCUREMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT :
Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements
Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action
Management of RFQ/RFPs from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc.
Ensures high internal customer satisfaction
Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor’s degree. In lieu of degree, 6+ years of related experience in government contracts and/or strategic procurement
Experience: 2+ years of related experience in government contracts and/or strategic procurement.
Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel Spreadsheets
Required Skills and Abilities: Experience with terms and conditions/pricing negotiation. Demonstrates strong written and oral communication. Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process .
Preferred Skills and Abilities: Experience with FAR and/or Government procurement

Location: This position is a hybrid position working at a GDIT facility and remote. Must be comfortable working onsite one day a week. Open to facility in Falls Church, VA, Tampa, FL and or Bossier City, LA.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,350 - $81,650. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
