The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
- Provide and manage Agile delivery method for work tracking, prioritization, and assignments for contractors' staff throughout the iterative processes required throughout the term of this contract. Contractors will work with Client staff as well as existing Contractors currently working on development and improvements to the existing Enterprise GIS.
- Provide GIS Configuration Engineer (GIS Configuration Engineer #1) professional that is experienced in development and enhancement of GIS based Applications using methods that may include ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise, ESRI Roads & Highways, FME and GeoCortex software.
- The position will work with Clientstaff as well as existing Contractors currently working to develop, improve and maintain the Enterprise GIS Data and Applications.
- This position primary duties include operate as part of Client's GIS staff in the development and deployment of web applications for Roads & Highways Event Editor, ESRIs Enterprise GIS environment (Portal, ArcGIS Server, SDE and web server) and Client IT staff with the modernization of GIS web functionality.
- Usage of ESRIs WebApp Builder for the configuration and deployment of web applications is required, extending WebApp functionality with custom programming is desired.
- Client will be starting a new initiative that requires some interaction with other Federal, State and Local agencies and in- person meetings is preferred.
- GIS Web development using JavaScript Object Notation, HTML and Python, will receive extra consideration.
