HVAC certification is preferred but not required, but any other maintenance experience will be considered when discussing salary. We are located in Bocage area in Mid City Baton Rouge. You must have a reliable, working vehicle, and be able to pass drug screens and criminal background checks. 20% off rent is also offered if in need of housing.
