Swap Boutique has an opportunity for an experienced Retail Consultant to support our management team at our Baton Rouge location.
Were looking for someone who loves womens fashion, enjoys styling, and has a desire to work in a specialty retail, customer-centric environment.

Part time positions available, flexible work schedules. Shop hours: Mon- Sat 10 am- 6pm. Sun 12pm-5pm.
Responsibilities
Promotes sales by providing expert knowledge, superior service, styling, merchandising, and building strong customer relations with our coveted clients
Researching and communicating upcoming trends with staff and management team
Meet daily and monthly sales goals
Promote our product and brand through event planning, social media, client communications, and by maintaining a dedicated wish book
Ability to resolve staff and customer conflicts, work independently, and foster a positive and productive work environment
Maintain a safe and organized store environment for staff and customers
Select, price, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory
Promotes quality service by meeting organizational standards and promoting a productive and positive workplace
Serve as a leader on our team and act as liaison between managers, employees and customers.
