We at UC CLEANING are seeking a highly organized and detailed -oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude , and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations and procedures. Self starter , Create flyer , memo, knowledgeable of Canva& Godaddy
Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
Maintain contact lists and handle correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Book travel arrangements.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Provide general support to visitors.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
High School diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus
