Local construction company is recruiting accounting/administrative clerk for a full time position located in Holden, LA.
Pay Rate: $14-$18/hour DOE
Schedule: M - F, 8:00am - 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic accounting tasks, including data entry, and tracking in Excel. Utilize Microsoft Excel (basic formulas required), Word, and QuickBooks (preferred) for accounting and administrative duties. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Assist with invoicing, billing, payroll, and processing payments. Maintain organized records and documentation with high attention to detail. Interact with clients, providing support and assistance as needed. Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, and data management.
Preferred Qualifications:
One year Experience in Office/Clerical Role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas required), Word, and QuickBooks (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks. Dependable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills when interacting with clients. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
