Monarch Investment is actively interviewing qualified maintenance candidates with HVAC experience for an Apartment Maintenance position to join our team in support of our 21 South at Parkview Apartments!

PAY:
$18-21 an hour plus:
On-call bonus $100/week and minimum 1.5hrs paid time for emergency maintenance
Up to $750 bonus every 3 months
Up to 5% raises annually
SCHEDULE:
M-F daytime hours 8-5PM
Some shared on-call
Full time 40 hours a week
Required valid drivers license and transportation

What We Need:
Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority (hvac, plumbing, electrical, painting)
Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
Exterior structural maintenance as needed
Pool maintenance (where applicable)
What You Need:
1+ years’ experience in maintenance
HVAC experience and EPA certified
CPO Certification strongly preferred
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe
Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
Working knowledge to repair and/or diagnosis of appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers
and garbage disposal
Water heater knowledge both electric and gas
