Job Title: Evening Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Baton Rouge & Lafayette Area

Shift: Evening (Hours: 6:00 PM- 12:00AM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Evening Cleaning Supervisor to oversee and coordinate cleaning staff during evening shifts. The ideal candidate will ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard, maintain a clean and safe environment, and manage a team efficiently. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise evening cleaning staff, ensuring all duties are performed to company standards.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and inspect work to ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas.
Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Address any cleaning-related concerns or emergencies promptly.
Order, maintain, and monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Report any maintenance issues or facility damage to management.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address issues.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move cleaning equipment as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a commercial or industrial cleaning environment.
First aid and/or health and safety certification.
