Our Cajun flair of unique seasonings, marinades, stuffings, and cooking processes allow us to produce delicious products. We have all the Cajun Favorites, Deboned Stuffed Chickens, Turduckens , Deboned Stuffed Turkeys, Shrimp or Crawfish Etouffee, Boudin, Shrimp and Crab Stuffing, Andouille, Crawfish Pie, a variety of Sausages, a large selection of stuffed meats and much more.
