Provide oversight of our outsourced support team to ensure timely work order completion and that they are aligned with clents standards. Develop and maintain positive relationships with field leadership to better understand our branch needs and provide desirable results. In addition, the Facilities Project Manager will vet and scrutinize spend to decrease or avoid annual spend.What you will do:Manage small to high scale capital improvement projects related to renovations, HVAC, roofing, paving, lighting, etc. for client’s national portfolio of buildings.Lead the roll out of new facilities programs.Create submissions for CAPEX applications.Develop and maintain positive relationships with local leadership and contractors.Enforce protocols and procedures to maintain compliance with client’s company standards.Ensure a strong level of responsiveness to urgent and emergency project requests.Manage internal and external relationships in support of client’s Centralized Facilities Management program.Facilitate regular meetings with contractors and/or stakeholders to review status updates and collaborate to develop solutions.Stay up to date on new capabilities and changes to our CMMS software (ServiceChannel)Gauge relationships accordingly by considering the variety of the interrelationships and goals of the members of the Facilities Management team and organizations served.Ability to think strategically and tactically to overcome short term gaps necessary to meet long term goals.What you will need: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.5+ years of Facilities or Project Management experience.CMMS software experience preferred.Effective oral and written communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize workload appropriately to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required.Possess a high degree of personal motivation, independent judgment, and persuasiveness.Broad-based experience working in a complex, fiscally challenging, and rapidly changing environment.Why CBRE?We lead by example, guided by the needs of the cities we inhabit, the communities we build, and the world we live in. The minimum salary for this position is $80,500 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $96,500. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
