Position:
The Product Application Software Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting our customer using our pharmacy software . This role utilizes their expertise with our applications to provide customers workarounds for existing issues as well as options for utilization of functionality to meet our customers' business needs. Core Responsibilities:
Research, deep dive into system errors reported by Customers
Work closely with development on all aspects of our software that pertains to the customers sprint team. This includes priorities, enhancements, schedules and known projects
Assist with high priority escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 team
Collaborate with customers to ensure top issues and enhancements are documented and worked accordingly
Create custom queries and reports using SQL
Need to be flexible for on call rotation
Requirements:
High School Diploma
5+ years of software application/technical support experience
Experience using Unix
Experience using SQL
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using pharmacy software
Experience with hardware and network configurations
Experience with pharmacy terms, practices, and technology
