DescriptionHelp Desk AnalystRobert Half Technology has an opening for a full-time Help Desk Analyst with a manufacturing client in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, area. This position offers a base salary in addition to annual bonus and great benefits! Responsibilities for this role include: supporting and resolving issues related to MS Office 365/Office Suite; network route/switch troubleshooting; and Tier One Server (physical and virtual) support, so experience in this areas is essential, preferably 6-12 months.
