This role demands flexibility, as many duties occur outside of regular working hours, mirroring the schedules of coaches and athletes.Duties and Responsibilities33% - Assist with Game Day Operations for MBB, WBB, Baseball, and Softball
Ensures all facilities and equipment are ready for game day, including setting up fields, courts, locker rooms, and spectator areas.
Oversee logistics during the events/games, including coordinating with officials, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with league, regulatory agencies, and college rules.
Assists with addressing issues during events and games, such as equipment malfunctions, weather-related delays, or crowd control problems.
Assists with teardown and cleanup, ensuring all equipment is returned and stored properly.
Oversees video board production and game day operations.
33% - Assist with Administrative Tasks for the Athletic Director
Help schedule meetings and assist with travel for the athletic department staff.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage databases related to team statistics, player eligibility, and compliance.
Assist in processing invoices, and tracking expenditures.
Assist with organizing department events and community outreach programs.
30% - Assist with Strength and Conditioning for MBB, WBB, Baseball, and Softball
Track athletes’ progress and record performance metrics under the guidance of the Athletic Director.
Ensure all conditioning equipment is maintained, clean, and safe.
