ServiceNow Developer Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking an ServiceNow Developer for a long-term engagement at one of our clients in Pineville, LA. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. This position will be remote until the office opens back up after Covid. Once the office opens back up, you must reside near one of the client's offices so you can report to work 2-3 days a week and work remote the other days. Our client will assist with relocation if you are not local to the area. Position Overview As an ServiceNow Developer placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for working to develop, design and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Service Now Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Position Responsibilities 1. Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. 2. Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development 3. Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes. 4. Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues. 5. Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. 6. Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions. 7. Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. 8. Create and maintain system design and operations documentation. 9. Complete other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar required
- Requires 3 years of experience with and knowledge of ServiceNow development and configuration best practices and skills in the modules of ServiceNow; including ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Project and Portfolio Management, and Orchestration.
- Experience working on Web Services integrations such as REST, JSON & SOAP and working in a SAAS Environment.
