Job DescriptionAs a Welder, you will be a vital part of our team, supplying warehouse parts to distribution centers. Your main responsibility will be to perform repair welds on parts that are missed by the robotic welders, ensuring that production numbers are met while maintaining the quality of parts. You will also be tasked with setting up jigs and fixtures, making necessary adjustments in the equipment used, and operating the equipment efficiently to meet production standards. Additionally, you will be required to keep all necessary records and maintain a clean work area, adhering to all verbal and written instructions pertaining to the operation of dies and equipment.Hard Skills

Experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience in a welding capacity (not fabrication welding, this is repair welding)

Ability to set up jigs and fixtures

Ability to operate special welding fixtures

Experience with MIG welding

Experience with packing, deburring, sorting, and reworking parts

Soft Skills

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Good record-keeping abilities

Ability to maintain a clean work area
