Job Overview:
We’re seeking skilled Trailer Mechanics to join our team immediately. You’ll work on our fleet and external clients’ equipment, performing repairs at our shop or on the road. This is a full-time role for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take on diverse repair challenges.
Available Shifts
Shift 1: Saturday–Tuesday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Shift 2: Thursday–Sunday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Shift 3: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (2 positions available)
Shift 4: Monday–Friday 10:00 PM–7:00 AM (2 positions available)
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair semi-trailers and related equipment, both on-site and roadside.
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and complex repairs.
Operate a box truck for roadside repair services.
Document repairs and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of mechanic experience (semi-trailer experience preferred but not required).
Background Check: Must pass a 10-year FBI background check.
Driving Ability: Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck for roadside repairs.
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency for documentation and diagnostics.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Work Ethic: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
