You will be responsible for providing high quality installations, maintenance, and repairs to traffic signal systems, while adhering to assigned schedules, quality, safety and regulatory standards.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIESInstall and maintain traffic signal systems (conduit, wiring, poles, signal heads, controllers, cabinets,switches, vehicle detectors, hardware, cabinets, etc.) in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards.Remove, adjust, repair, or replace traffic signal heads, signal controllers, pedestrian head assemblies, cabinets, and roadway lighting as required.Install, maintain, and repair, vehicle identification and detection systems.Installs and maintains traffic signal loops to include preparing and operation road cutting equipment, installing traffic loop systems and post-installation roadway cleanup.Operate backhoes, trenchers, skid-steer loaders, pole trucks, and bucket trucks in a safe and appropriate manner to install and maintain traffic signals.Operate vehicles and equipment on public roadways, maintaining proper awareness ofsurroundings and work environment.Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.Perform all work in a safe manner in compliance with all federal, state, local, project, and company Uncompromised safety requirements.QUALIFICATIONSMust have a minimum of 5+ years of experience installing and maintaining traffic signals, and traffic signal systems.Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating equipment, including backhoes, trenchers, skid-steer loaders, digger derricks, and bucket trucks.IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level 1 or Level 2 preferred.Kentucky Electrical License preferred (EE or ME).Must have a valid driver's license (CDL A preferred).Must be able to travel as needed (up to 75%).High standard of integrity and professionalism.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive WagesHealth Insurance: (Effective Date of Hire)Dental and Vision Insurance: (Effective Date of Hire)Life InsuranceShort-Term Disability (Company Provided)Long-Term Disability (Company Provided)Employee Paid Policies Available: Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, and Accident Policies401(k) with Company Matching:Paid Holidays (Eligibility Starts Immediately)Paid Time Off (Eligibility Starts Immediately)Paid Bereavement LeavePaid Jury Duty LeaveMorrow Financial Planning Services (Free to Team Members)Boon-Health (Coaching/Counseling Program - 2 Free Sessions/Month for Team Members)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee Referral Bonus ProgramPerformance Evaluations ProgramArrow SWAG Store (Company-Logo Clothing and Merchandise)Power Tool Incentive ProgramSafety, Skills, and Leadership Development/TrainingElectrical License Continuing Education and Renewals PaidOne Team!
