Hi. We are a local family owned real estate development company and our company builds, owns and operates apartments, a bar and a hotel. We are looking for a maintenance tech to take lead with managing the required service to our properties and its occupants. Since these properties are already built, the main objectives are painting, recoating of items such as bath tubs or hardwood floors for example. However you must also be able to handle minor plumbing repairs, drywall repairs, hardware repairs as well as grass cutting.
Availability, organization skills, time management and professionalism is extremely important. We are constantly improving and growing.
