I'm a real estate professional that owns property and handles my own General Contracting for my projects. I'm looking for a painter to work by the hour on our team. I need someone who has all of their own tools, and I will provide materials, and reimburse for misc project related materials that aren't reusable tools. Must be very net, and be able to handle applications of stain / poly, and do small drywall repairs / sanding - prior to painting.
