We are a small real estate company that purchases and remodels investment homes that are then leased and managed. You would be responsible for, repairing, remodeling and preforming maintenance these homes that we buy to lease or re-rent. We also are going to build some townhomes.
you must be able to work alone and independently.
If you are skilled at electric, plumbing, painting, flooring and most anything related to remodeling or construction, we would like to talk t you. You must have references and have at least 15 years in the trades.
This is a contract labor job.
