Responsibilities
Proven field service experience
Understand customer requirements
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Able to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
Travel to client to troubleshoot equipment problems
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Diagnose errors or technical problems, diagnose proper solutions
Manage all on-site installation, repair and test tasks
Determine proper solutions on a timely basis
Collaborate closely with technical team to resolve issues
Document process and submit work orders in a timely manner

To do this role, you will need to:
Must have basic tools, crimpers, strippers, dikes, screwdrivers, drill, wire cutters, etc.
Have experience working with small toolsconstruction or other industry
Build positive relationships with customers
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Provide good customer support to deal sensitively with clients who have malfunctioning equipment
Understand technical diagrams and manuals
Work well independently, with little day-to-day supervision.
Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols
Have a high personal commitment to delivering quality services to our clients
Possess a clean driving license and valid work vehicle
Be physically able to kneel, bend, climb ladders or lifts and be able to lift up to 60 pounds
Cable running experience preferred (CAT 5/6, coax, phone)
