As a Customer Service Representative you will interact with customers to process their insurance claims. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented and organized while maintaining a professional image through proper telephone etiquette and in person customer service.
Other responsibilities would include:
-Deal directly with customers in person, telephone and electronically
-Handle inbound and outbound calls
-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle claims
-Perform customer verification and obtain authorization
-Assist Estimators and Accounting Staff
-Schedule incoming appointments and delivery upon completion of repairs
-File organization, upfront, during and after processing.
-Keeping all parties involved updated throughout repair claim process.
-Basic secretarial duties: printing, faxing, copying
Position is 40+ hour week, Monday through Friday. Pay is based on experience hourly with opportunity for overtime. Pay is weekly.
Automotive and/or Insurance experience a plus.
Accounting and/or Bookkeeping a plus.
