About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a maintenance tech for our Louisville manufacturing facility. A maintenance tech is responsible for all activities associated with supporting the Press Department with print design set up, operation, clean up, and staging materials.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, install, and repair both high and low voltage systems (480V, 240V, 24VDC).
Installation and programming of variable frequency drives.
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Repair and install mechanical gear train systems.
Perform routine machine change-over activities which include tooling and machine parameter set-up
Install, troubleshoot, and repair packaging and conveyor systems
Minor equipment fabrication.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Flexibility to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.
2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
1+ years of packaging equipment experience
Electrical and Controls experience
Industrial wiring experience a plus
Basic math and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
