Looking for an independent contractor to work on foreclosed properties in Louisville and surrounding area.
Duties include lock changes, winterizations, debris removal, cleaning, grass cuts, bid approvals, maintenance etc.
Must have truck/trailer, lawn equipment, basic tools, generator, air compressor and iPhone.
Some experience helpful.
Locks are provided.
Pay is weekly.
