General Labor Helper Needed in Downtown Louisville

SUMMARY:Seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to assist with various labor tasks, including lifting, moving materials, and organizing workspaces. Must be physically capable, dependable, and able to follow instructions efficiently.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with general warehouse duties, including sorting, labeling, and stocking. Perform basic physical tasks such as lifting and moving materials. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Follow safety protocols and ensure a secure work environment. Support team members with miscellaneous duties as assigned. May be required to assist with occasional overtime or additional tasks as needed.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. No prior experience required, but a strong work ethic and punctuality are a must. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.SCHEDULE & PAY: Pay: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience. Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
