Derby Weekend Private Chef for 30

Chef to create a Kentucky inspired formal gatsby seating style dinner for 30. The chef will go grocery shopping, transport the groceries to the home and prepare and present for up 30 guests. Cocktails and appetizers begin at 7pm and dinner is serviced at 8 with an after dinner sweet treat around 10pm. Flavor and Presentation is key! You will be responsible for creating the menu and working with two other kitchen staff. There will be a variety of options including your best dish. We are looking for a Chef who has experience cooking, can present their food to the client, strong people skills, comfortable cooking on their own, is responsible, reliable, and professional. It will be outside seating in tented area.
