This position represents a key role within the Chief Customer Officer’s organization and will work closely with the Customer Success Leadership Team, the Global Sales Leadership Team, and other cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategies to differentiate Cornerstone in competitive opportunities.The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of our customers, competitors, and the markets we are in, as well as demonstrated success in delivering insights and recommendations to leadership and managing programs and initiatives.In this role you will:Develop a deep understanding of Cornerstone’s key competitor sales strategies and tactics
Formulate winning strategies based on insights and competitor differentiators to support individual strategic sales opportunities
Develop and deliver engaging competitive insight and competitive enablement presentations for Executive Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and extended teams
Craft and deploy innovative programs, services, and approaches based on qualitative and quantitative research
Leverage a strong understanding of key customer outcomes and a customer-centric mindset
and being the rockstar you are, you will be willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
You’ve got what it takes if you have7+ years of experience in customer success, marketing, consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic insights
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from launch to completion
Strong organizational skills and are methodical with excellent follow-up to meet expectations and deadlines
Strong quantitative skills and high attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven record of presenting to a wide variety of audiences
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Agility and ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
Ability to travel up to 15-30%
