Responsibilities

Program Oversight: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for instilling confidence in the quality and alignment of our projects. You will oversee the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of pharmacy application programs, managing the lifecycle of multiple related projects to ensure that the pharmacy applications are implemented, maintained, and supported effectively. Your role is crucial in aligning program activities with business objectives, ensuring that all applications meet the company's needs and adhere to industry standards and best practices .

Project Management: As a Program Manager, you will lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and budget. Project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum will drive project success.

Stakeholder Management: As a Program Manager, you will collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Your ability to manage these relationships will be crucial to the success of our projects.

Team Leadership: As a Program Manager, your role in bringing together implementation, technical, and support teams to work cohesively towards project goals is vital. Your ability to provide clear direction, resolve conflicts, and ensure all team members align with the project objectives is key to our projects' smooth operation and progress.

Decision Making: As a Program Manager, your ability to use application knowledge and industry expertise to make informed decisions that drive project success will be crucial. You will prioritize requests based on business needs and project goals, ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Technical Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of pharmacy systems, specifically FWLTC (Framework LTC) pharmacy systems, to guide implementation and support teams. Ensure that the applications are configured and optimized to meet the specific needs of the pharmacy business.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in application management and project delivery processes. Implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management, focusing on application management and implementation.

Agile or Scrum Master certification.

In-depth experience with FWLTC (Framework LTC) pharmacy systems is required, as these systems are central to operations in LTC pharmacies.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.

Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Information Technology, or a related field or relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

Project Management Professional (PMP) or PROSCI certification.

Experience in the pharmacy industry or healthcare sector.

Familiarity with other pharmacy systems and applications such as DocuTrack, ECM, and EMRs.

Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Understanding healthcare regulations and compliance requirements, particularly those relevant to LTC pharmacies.
